Principals/Key Employees

 

William L. Robinson, Jr., Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, is a founder and has been with the Company since its inception. Mr. Robinson has over two decades of experience relative to biomedical research i.e., stimulation of the natural immune system through the synthesis of interferons and the reconstitution of nutritional deficiencies in shellfish. Mr. Robinson has successfully co-authored a food additive petition that proposes the food additive regulations be amended to allow for a safe use of low doses of radiation be used to reduce substantial levels of foodborne contaminants (Food Additive Petition #1M4246). He is co-author of the Company's intellectual property. He received his training in the biomedical sciences at major American universities. He is a former member of the Atomic Industrial Forum, the American Society for the Testing of Material (ASTM) and Who's Who in Science and Technology. Mr. Robinson devotes his full time to the affairs of the Company.

 

R. Benjamin Dawson, M.D. the President of the Company and Chairman of the Board of Scientific Advisors and a Member of the Board of Directors. Dr. Dawson has been with the Company since its inception and has a long history of participating in the research and development of clinical laboratory instruments. He is a Transfusion Hematologist, a specialist in Internal Medicine and hematology (30 years) and Blood Banking -certified (20 years). He is an immuno-pathologist and a full professor of pathology. He is a medical and scientific consultant to industry on the use of impedance techniques in hematology and the use of therapeutic hemapheresis. He is the Director of the Blood Research Laboratory at the University of Maryland, School of Medicine.

 

John R. Hurtt is Chief Information Officer, VP of Engineering and a Member of the Board of Directors. He is also co-author of the Company's intellectual property and seafood petition that proposes the food additive regulations be amended to allow for a safe use of low doses of radiation be used to reduce levels of foodborne contaminants. Mr. Hurtt has 30 years of applied knowledge in the Health Sciences in Clinical and Radiological Systems Engineering, with a specialty in diagnostic digital imaging systems. He has performed engineering duties in various modalities, including radiology, radiation therapy, cardio-vascular, neuro-angio and ultrasound. He is licensed under "Application for Registration of Services and Servicing." (Service Registration Number 019-02, Radiation Machine Program, State Of Maryland, Department Of The Environment).

 

Martha Elaine Robinson is Corporate Secretary, Treasurer and a Member of the Board of Directors. Mrs. Robinson handles the administrative activities of the Corporation and she has been with the Company since its inception. Mrs. Robinson was a former Employee for the Maryland Court System for over a decade. She devotes 100% of her time to the affairs of the Company.

Eur.Ing. Chris F. Frampton B.Sc. M.Sc. C.Eng. MIPEM. is the Managing Director of SNS Bioengineering Developments Limited, London, England. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Hartech Corporation and a Member of the Institute of Physics and Engineering in Medicine.

 

Amirum Ur, M.D. - Dr. Ur is co-inventor of the impedance-based Bactobridge technologies

Barry J. Belcher is a former Instructor of Aeronautical Engineering and Aerodynamics at the Department of Science, Technology and Medicine, Imperial College of London (retired). He is a co-hardware and software designer of the Bactobridge technology.

Mark Belcher of Practique Corporation is a software consultant to the Hartech Corporation and a co-developer of the Windows 95 version of the BactoWatch software program that controls the Bactobridge.

Clive Mott, PE is an Instructor of Aeronautical Engineering at the Department of Science, Technology and Medicine, Imperial College of London. Mr. Mott is the senior design engineer of the Bactobridge and a Member of the Board of Scientific Advisors of the Hartech Corporation.

Edgar L.C. Alonsozana, M.D., Principal Investigator for the Project Titled: "Pre-therapeutic In-vitro Anti-cancer Drug Response Measurements using the Bactobridge. He has a B.Sc. in Biological Sciences; M.D. Pathologist: 5 years residency in Anatomic/Clinical Pathology/2 years Fellowship, including Hematopathology and Molecular Laboratory Pathology. He also has one year of clinical practice and two years as a laboratory technician.

 

Denise M. Harmening, Ph.D. MT (ASCP), CLS (NCA) is co-Principal Investigator for the Project Titled: "Pre-therapeutic In-vitro Anti-cancer Drug Response Measurements using the Bactobridge". She has a Ph.D. in Clinical Pathology, Principal investigator of 5 Health and Human Services grants and numerous industry contracts for home glucose monitoring with seven patents in blood and platelet preservation. Certified Medical Technologist; Certified Clinical Laboratory Scientist and performs research investigating isolation of stem cells from cord blood for use in transplantation.
